Baked Acorn Squash Wedges
BAKED ACORN SQUASH WEDGES
Half 2 acorn squash, remove seeds, and slice into 1/2 inch thick wedges.
Toss with 1/4 c olive oil, Italian seasoning, grated Parmesan and salt.
Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
